Altered States is a travelling museum exhibit about the history of drug use in the United States. The exhibit will be at the Barnum Museum in Bridgeport, Connecticut from September 26 to December 27 1998. It is brought to Bridgeport by the Barnum Museum and the Regional Youth/Adult Substance Abuse Project.

Altered States: Alcohol and Other Drugs in America was produced by the Strong Museum, Rochester, New York.
